What You're Getting — Module Reference
You've seen the timeline above — this is the detailed spec behind it. Click any module to expand it. Every one states exactly what gets delivered, what a member/staff member can concretely do once it's live, and what's deliberately not included. Needs Your Call marks the 7 modules with a real open decision — jump straight to those if you're short on time.
Consumer App — Phase A
01Health Risk Assessment (HRA)Not BuiltNeeds Your Call
The intake questionnaire every member fills out — coach-reviewed, not auto-scored.
Deliverable: 37 questions across 8 categories, all question types (single-select, multi-select, scale, open text), male/female-conditional sections.
Member can do: Complete it once during onboarding. Coach can do: View the raw answers on the member's profile.
Open decision: This is separate from the Reversal Score (see below) — two intake systems currently exist. Should HRA answers feed into the Reversal Score, replace it, or stay fully independent?
02Reversal ScoreAlready Built
The signature auto-computed diabetes reversal risk score — the app's most distinctive feature.
Member sees: A 0–100 score, Green / Yellow / Red band, an estimated reversal timeline (3–4 / 5–7 / 8–12 months), and their top 4 "parameters out of control" out of 7 tracked.
03Prakriti (Ayurvedic Body-Type) AssessmentNot BuiltNeeds Your Call
A separate quiz determining a member's Vata / Pitta / Kapha body-type balance.
Deliverable: 60 questions (20 per dosha), each scored 0 / 1–3 / 4–6. Free tier gets a 7-day/basic version; paid tiers get the full detailed version.
Member can do: Take the quiz, see their dominant body type and all three section scores.
Open gap: The quiz mechanism is one thing — do you have the actual guidance content to show per body type (e.g. what a Vata-dominant member should do differently)? If not, that content needs writing before this is useful to a member, not just built.
04Daily Habit TrackerNot BuiltNeeds Your Call
The daily engagement checklist that drives the points engine.
Deliverable: 10 fixed habits, checked off once per day; 3 of them (detox tea, protein breakfast, "healthy plate") require a photo upload, not just a checkbox.
Member can do: Mark each habit done for today, attach a required photo, see today's completion count and a history of past days.
Open decision: Does a coach need to approve the uploaded photos before points are awarded, or does uploading alone earn the points? This decides whether we need a coach-review queue.
05Points EngineNot BuiltNeeds Your Call
The gamification currency behind the habit tracker and coach-awarded activities.
Deliverable: 10 habits × 10 pts = 100 pts/day, capped at 3,000 pts over a 30-day cycle. Separately, a coach can manually award training/activity points (onboarding 200, 4 weekly reviews × 200, 3 DWF Masterclass days × 400, 2 feedback actions × 400) — another 3,000 pts. Combined ceiling: 6,000 pts = ₹6,000.
Member can do: See a running point balance and a 30-day progress bar.
Open question: What happens at 6,000 points — does the cycle reset to zero, cap permanently, or roll into the next program?
06RewardsNot BuiltNeeds Your Call
Where points get spent.
Deliverable (per spec): Points act as credit toward upgrading to the advanced program, at 1 point = ₹1.
Real fork, needs your call: An earlier build included a generic redemption catalogue (free month renewal, 1:1 session, branded water bottle). Do you want that catalogue alongside tier-upgrade credit, or does tier-upgrade credit replace it entirely?
07Course Library (LMS)Not Built
Course hosting and delivery — this is what "LMS like TagMango" means in concrete terms for this build.
Scoped as: course hosting + drip content + progress tracking. Not TagMango's creator monetization, community/discussion forums, or affiliate system — unless you tell us otherwise.
Deliverable: Course → Module → Lesson structure; video / PDF / text lesson types; content unlocks by journey day (days since joining) rather than a fixed calendar date; resume-from-where-you-left-off; end-of-module quiz; completion badge; locked behind the member's tier.
Member can do:
- Browse the courses assigned to their tier
- Watch or read a lesson, picking up a video exactly where they stopped
- Pass an end-of-module quiz and earn a completion badge
- Hit an upgrade prompt (not a broken page) on tier-locked courses
Explicitly not included: course marketplace or individual course sales (courses are bundled with tier, not sold separately), community forums, live cohort sessions (webinars are a separate Phase C feature), affiliate commissions.
Blocked on: video hosting decision (Vimeo, Bunny.net, or equivalent) — needed before Week 3.
08Program Tiers — DWF / DWC / DWMPartially DefinedNeeds Your Call
The 3-tier membership structure that gates almost everything else in the app.
Confirmed: DWF = Free, DWM = Mastery — sourced directly from your own Chart of Accounts.
Biggest open item in the entire plan: DWC (Foundation)'s exact feature boundary is not written down anywhere we've found. What does a DWC member get that DWF doesn't, and what do they not get that DWM has? Tier gating in Phase A Week 4 cannot be built correctly without this answer.
Member can do (once defined): See locked content with an upgrade prompt, upgrade to DWC or DWM, get tier-appropriate diet plans (2 per tier) and tier-appropriate Prakriti depth.
09Payments (Razorpay)Not Built
Subscription billing for DWC/DWM, plus one-off consultation payments.
Deliverable: Order creation, payment verification, subscription auto-debit mandates, automatic downgrade to DWF if a renewal payment fails, ₹499 one-off consultation payment.
Member can do: Subscribe with a saved payment method that renews automatically; get moved back to Free automatically if a payment fails, without manual intervention.
Blocked on: Razorpay mandate (auto-debit) approval status on your merchant account.
10Consultation BookingNot BuiltNeeds Your Call
1:1 coach session scheduling.
Deliverable: Coach day-view availability calendar; member browses open slots, books, pays ₹499.
Member can do: Pick an available slot from their coach's calendar and pay to confirm it.
Open gap: What happens after booking — video call, phone call, or in-person visit? Nothing in the spec defines this, and it changes what we build after the booking itself.
Business Dashboard — Phase B, already built & tested
11CRMAlready Built
Lead pipeline tracking and activity logging — this is what "CRM like TeleCRM" means in concrete terms for this build.
Scoped as: lead pipeline + activity log. Not TeleCRM's built-in dialer/click-to-call or its WhatsApp Business API messaging — a separate WhatsApp sequence feature exists in Phase C for marketing broadcast, not for reps messaging one-to-one from inside the CRM.
Delivered: 5-stage Kanban (New → Contacted → Demo → Converted → Lost), lead profile + activity log, overdue follow-up flags, CSV import with phone-based duplicate detection, auto-lead-creation on every app signup.
Sales rep can do: See their leads on a board, move them through stages, log a call or note, get flagged on overdue follow-ups, bulk-import a spreadsheet of leads without creating duplicates.
12AccountsAlready Built
Basic bookkeeping.
Not: full accounting software — no GST filing, no balance sheet, no bank reconciliation, no double-entry ledger, no customer invoicing.
Delivered: Chart of accounts, revenue/expense entry, monthly P&L with margin %, month-end close (locks the month against edits), CSV export.
Admin can do: Log an entry, see the month's profit at a glance, close a month, export the register for their accountant.
13HR & PayrollAlready Built
Basic staff administration.
Not: a full HRMS — no PF/ESI/TDS statutory compliance, no biometric integration, no shift scheduling, no recruitment workflow.
Delivered: Staff directory (salary, join date, reporting manager), self-service check-in/out, leave request + manager approval, monthly payroll run with editable incentives/deductions, payslip, payroll register CSV export.
Staff can do: Check in/out, request leave, view their payslip. Manager can do: Approve/reject leave, run payroll, export the register.
Known trade-off: Payslip is a print-friendly webpage ("Print → Save as PDF"), not a server-generated PDF file. Flagging so it's a known choice, not a surprise later.
Not Yet Started
14Backend Control PanelNot Built
A settings hub so your team can change key things without a code deploy.
Deliverable: Editable point values, HRA question editor, per-tier pricing, page visibility toggles, role permission assignment.
Admin can do: Change a habit's point value, edit an HRA question, change DWC's price, hide a page from a role.
15Journey EngineNot Built
Removes manual plan assignment — a member's path through the program runs itself.
Deliverable: Journey templates (a sequence of stages with day-offsets), an auto-triggered Day-1 clock on signup, LMS drip content tied to journey day, a journey-template editor for your team, a coach "cohort view" showing all their members' progress at once.
Member sees: Current stage and what unlocks next. Coach sees: All their members' progress in one list. Admin can do: Edit the sequence without asking a developer.
16Lead Engine / Marketing AutomationNot Built
Inbound lead automation and outbound sequences, feeding the CRM.
Deliverable: Facebook Lead Ads webhook (auto-creates tagged CRM leads), website contact form endpoint, WhatsApp/SMS/email sequence builder routed through your existing marketing tool (not a new messaging platform), webinar registration with automatic non-attendee follow-up, ad spend imported to the P&L for real CAC-per-channel numbers, multi-program support.
Marketing team can do: See leads arrive automatically from Facebook, build a drip sequence from the dashboard, see which ad campaign actually produced paying customers via a real CAC number.
Blocked on: Meta Lead Ads access, WhatsApp template approval status, webinar platform API access, multi-program field/pricing confirmation.
